Website Portfolio Description
Rolen Construction is currently constructing a custom two-story single-family residence in Pacific Palisades as part of a full wildfire recovery rebuild. The project replaces a previously fire-damaged home with a newly designed residence that incorporates modern architectural features, enhanced life-safety systems, and wildfire-resilient construction in compliance with California’s current building standards and Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (VHFHSZ) requirements.
The new home features approximately 4,363 square feet of total building area, including five bedrooms, five bathrooms, expansive living spaces, a guest suite, an attached two-car garage, and high-end residential finishes. The project emphasizes durability, energy efficiency, and long-term resilience while maintaining the character of the Pacific Palisades neighborhood.
Rolen Construction has successfully completed the structural phases of the project, including foundation work, framing, and roofing. The project is currently progressing through mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations, with interior construction activities underway. Completion is anticipated in December 2026.
