Website Portfolio Description
Rolen Construction is preparing to deliver the reconstruction of a custom two-story single-family residence in Pacific Palisades as part of the ongoing wildfire recovery efforts affecting the community. The project will replace a fire-damaged home with a newly constructed residence designed to meet current California building codes, energy-efficiency standards, and enhanced wildfire-resistance requirements applicable to properties located within a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (VHFHSZ).
The new home will feature approximately 1,890 square feet of residential living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an attached two-car garage, and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor living areas. The residence combines modern functionality with durable, fire-resilient construction systems intended to provide long-term performance and safety.
As General Contractor, Rolen Construction will oversee all phases of construction, from permitting and preconstruction planning through final completion. Scheduled to begin in late 2026, this project reflects the company’s expertise in fast-track wildfire reconstruction, hillside construction, and high-quality residential rebuilding throughout Southern California.
