683 Hampden, Pacific Palisades

Website Portfolio Description

Rolen Construction is currently reconstructing a custom two-story single-family residence in Pacific Palisades following wildfire damage to the original home. The project consists of a complete fire rebuild designed to meet current California building standards, energy-efficiency requirements, and enhanced wildfire-resistance regulations applicable to properties located within a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (VHFHSZ).

The new residence features approximately 1,640 square feet of living space and an attached 358-square-foot garage. Designed for long-term resilience and modern living, the home incorporates upgraded structural systems, fire-resistant materials, energy-efficient mechanical systems, and contemporary architectural detailing while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding neighborhood.

Construction began in June 2026 and is progressing on an accelerated eight-month schedule. Upon completion, the project will provide a durable, code-compliant replacement residence that reflects Rolen Construction’s commitment to quality craftsmanship, efficient project delivery, and successful wildfire recovery construction throughout Southern California.
