Rolen Construction joined the project in November 2025 after being selected to replace the previous subcontractor during construction. Following a comprehensive assessment of the existing work, our team implemented corrective measures, quality-control improvements, and scope recovery efforts to address deficiencies inherited from prior operations while advancing the project toward completion.

Today, multiple trades are working simultaneously, including flooring, doors, guardrails, tile installation, HVAC systems, and exterior improvements.
