Rolen Construction is currently completing the Rowena Townhomes development located at 2172 Rowena Avenue in Los Angeles, California. The project consists of five modern townhomes and one attached ADU designed to provide high-quality urban housing within the Silver Lake neighborhood.
Rolen Construction joined the project in November 2025 after being selected to replace the previous subcontractor during construction. Following a comprehensive assessment of the existing work, our team implemented corrective measures, quality-control improvements, and scope recovery efforts to address deficiencies inherited from prior operations while advancing the project toward completion.
Today, multiple trades are working simultaneously, including flooring, doors, guardrails, tile installation, HVAC systems, and exterior improvements. The project demonstrates Rolen Construction’s ability to successfully recover complex developments, coordinate overlapping construction activities, and deliver high-quality multifamily residential projects under challenging conditions.

After assuming responsibility for the project, Rolen Construction identified multiple deficiencies and incomplete work scopes resulting from prior construction activities. These conditions required additional coordination, corrective work, and change orders affecting both schedule and budget.
